Description: Pave turquoise and pearls adorn this Victorian brooch which depicts a bird in flight. Note the lovely freshwater pearl on the head and the two ruby eyes. The setting is low karat rose gold. At some early date, this may have been converted to a brooch. On the back are 4 tiny areas that make it seem that this was attached to something; maybe a hair comb? To see other images of this item, please click here: photo1 and photo2
