Description: These very unusual pique earrings look
great on! I love the geometric shape, very unusual for the
Victorian era (but they are Victorian!) The design is the same
on all four sides.
"Pique" is a technique whereby silver and gold are inlayed into
tortoiseshell. Tortoiseshell is a lightweight substance so
these earrings are very comfortable. PS: what makes
these earrings even more unique is that some unscrupulous person
has not cut them in half and made two pair of earrings from
