Victorian garnet snake bangle
During the Victorian era, snakes were a symbol of eternal love and eternal life.
This snake bangle is decorated with bohemian rose cut garnets. The garnets are deep red and have that vibrant sparkle only found in bohemian garnets. (The garnets are much prettier than the photos depict.)
The bangle is vermeil (a heavy gold gilt on silver) and is European in origin.

Condition: excellent, minor wear to gold gilt on interior; no wear whatsoever on outside of bangle; clasp closes firmly and tightly
