Exquisite Victorian turquoise heart brooch

Gorgeous Victorian token of love and remembrance.  The heart, an obvious sign of love, encrusted with turquoise, which symbolized remembrance (forget me not).   The heart has a locket back which contains a plait of light brown hair.   The heart is suspended from an 18kt. yellow gold bow, beautifully chased with scroll work and flowers.

Glass covering on the back could easily be removed so that an important keepsake could be placed inside.
