This stunning set will be the envy of all who see it!    The level of artistry demonstrated is outstanding and the size is substantial.    The earrings are an impressive 2 and 2/3 inches long;  and the pendant is  1 and 3/4 inches in length.

Sumptuous garnets and natural seed pearls accent a bold snake design.  The rose cut garnets have an intense claret color and are full of sparkle.

The snake motif has been in use since antiquity.   Eternal love and eternal life are just a few of the meanings attributed to the snake. Queen Victoria chose a snake ring to mark her engagement to Albert.   Consequently, the snake became a popular Victorian romantic image used quite frequently in jewelry.

The pendant is shown with a silver chain and  also attached to a necklace of faceted garnet beads.   It would also look lovely worn on a strain of pearls.   (The beaded garnet necklace is sold separately.)
