Victorian ivory cherub cross

French Victorian ivory cross adorned with an angelic cherub.   An unusual aspect of this cross is that the top unscrews so that holy water could be poured inside.   Crosses such as this were hung over the cribs of infants to protect them from evil.

Dimensions:  4 inches by 6 inches, not including ring at the top

Condition:  excellent, no damage whatsoever
