Victorian ivory cross

Superb quality ivory necklace.   The finely carved cross includes a Lily of the Valley,  a Victorian symbol of sweetness and purity.  It is also the May birth flower.

Many Christians believe that Mary’s tears turned into Lily of the Valley at the foot of the Cross.
