Victorian garnet snake ring

Unique 14kt. rose gold snake ring adorned with garnets.    During the Victorian era, snakes symbolized eternal life and eternal love.    On this unusual ring, the tail of the snake wraps around the shank of the ring, making it especially eye catching.   The rose cut garnets are deep in color,  resembling Whitby jet.

Dimensions: US finger size 9.5;   14kt. rose gold ring can be sized

Condition: excellent;  small chip on the end of the garnet in the snake’s head (can only be seen with a loupe)
